About Me

A link to my professional resume can be found below

I am a recent graduate from The University of Alabama pursuing freelance videography and photography (with a focus on sports) in the northern Delaware area. So why me?

My heart beats for the art of creating.

If there is one thing that has been consistent through every chapter of my life, it would be my love for bringing ideas to life in the form of videos. I could sit here and tell you why I am qualified, between my degree in Creative Media and my numerous years of internships, but that is just BORING. Yes, I have experience. Yes, I have a degree. Yes, I have worked in professional settings. Are you bored yet? Now let’s talk about why I love what I do.

The one thing that gets me out of bed is the thought of “what can I create today.” Every. Single. Morning. It makes me feel alive. When I am creating a video, I think about it ALL the time. I just can’t stop. Before I go to sleep, I envision the process of how the video will go. While I am cooking breakfast, I am listening to the song I will use over and over again. I can say with confidence that creation is my true passion. There it is again. That word. Creation. What does it mean to me you ask? Everything. It’s the excitement that bubbles up when I can’t stop talking about my latest project. The thrill of capturing “The Shot” and knowing I just made that moment eternal. The butterflies I feel as an upcoming shoot approaches. The anticipation and creative energy that makes sleeping a distant thought.

My love for being a filmmaker comes from the power to capture, to tell stories without words, and to show emotions in a single frame or video. It’s loving the endless possibilities of visual storytelling, where every click of my shutter or press of the record button is like my heartbeat.

If the click of my shutter ever falls silent, it means I am no longer truly alive.
